Should you nevertheless have reason to complain, we will be happy to deal with the problem promptly.

Please contact us and proceed as follows:

  • Download the return form below and fill it out completely.
    Incomplete forms will lead to queries and thus to delays in processing your complaint.
  • Send the return form to your contact person or to complaint[at]rudolf-med.com.
    Including pictures and videos that illustrate your complaint will help us to process your request quickly.


If you are located within the EU, please send us the product immediately.

  • Print out your e-mail and the completed return form and enclose it the shipment.
    Please refer to the form for the address.
  • Confirm that the instrument has been properly cleaned and disinfected / autoclaved prior to return.
    (Proof of decontamination is included in the return form).
