  • Send the duly completed form per e-mail to our Rudolf Technical Service (RTS)


You will receive an answer respectively an RMA Number (Return Material Authorisation Number) from our skilled RTS colleagues as soon as possible.

As the RMA Number serves the identification, the fast processing and tracing back of your reshipment, please write the RMA Number clearly visible
on your reshipment packaging.

For the protection of our colleagues we kindly ask you to send us the products in reprocessed and sterilized condition.
